I've purchased support through my subscription but it appears to not be enabled. How do I enable it?
Submit a support request in the Knowledge Support Hub. Indicate the plan that you ordered, provide a description of the issue, and a support engineer will contact you.

To alter access, you must be the owner or administrator of the subscription. Assigning the support requests to people who wish to manage and create support requests for that subscription will do this.
Make a support request on the Knowledge Support Hub. Your Movere subscription includes chat and email support, and higher-tier plans offer technical support.
A support request can be made by subscribed users. The ability to generate and manage support requests associated with that subscription is also available to anyone.
You can modify or cancel your support tier through your Movere account. Contact your Movere representative or partner if you purchased your support plan through an Enterprise Agreement.
